I have a BA in child development and 5 years of serious experience (plus an extra 3 of off and on babysitting jobs) including work with families and in schools. I have worked in preschool, kindergarten, first, second, and fourth grade classrooms as well as assisted in high schools. I have 5 seater car and am willing to assist with cooking/meal preparation, running errands, carpool, and other needed tasks. I am also able to help with homework (especially math, English, and history) and watching extra kids in the case of play dates or sleepovers. I prefer to work closely with families to create a consistent home environment for children and have experience with many different styles of childcare methods and philosophies so I can match what is already being used.
