We LOVE Jam! She is so kind and nurturing, and really seems to care for our children. She treats them with love, but she doesn't get taken advantage of by them. My four year old likes to make outrageous claims that mommy lets him do this or that in the hopes that the nanny or sitter will let him do it, but Jam can generally see through him. My baby and my four year old both seem to love her, and we're very happy to have her care for them. It's easier to leave when you know they're in good hands. Plus, she tidies, so we don't come home to a mess. I can't recommend her strongly enough.
