I cannot possibly say enough praise about Jamila. It really is that simple. She cared for my grandmother for almost a year, and became far more than a caregiver. She became family. Her experience brought so much quality of life to my grandmother's final year, and so much peace of mind to myself and my partner. She was a companion, urgent care, medical appointment buddy, meds-organizer (made sure they were ready to be given), elderly whisperer, a caregiver who knew how to respond to any given situation. When I didn't know that there were small things that could make big differences for grams, she brought them to my attention. Things like a bedside sit-up assist. It was all of $20, but it made every morning easier for a woman past 94. Despite upsets in her own locus, she was always here to care for grams. She is thoughtful, aware, communicative, great with schedules, flexible, prompt, professional, able, and Jamila receives every possible endorsement I can give.
