About Jamie

I have been a caregiver for the past 6 years. I am very caring, compassionate and attentive. I can shop, cook, go for walks, help with exercise, laundry, medication reminders, drive to doctor appointments or other outings, and just have fun. I was I an activity director for 7 years at a retirement community and planned activities for body, mind and spirit and help take care of over 100 seniors. I have experience with Alzheimer's and mobilization difficulties. In the past I took care of my mother and mother-in-law and helped with and helped with all of the above. I recently took care of a gentleman with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's for 2 years until he passed away. I am currently working with a couple part time and food shop for another couple one day a week. I am patient, outgoing and enjoy doing arts and crafts and word games and reading aloud to seniors. I am also an animal lover and will be happy to walk and take care of your pets.
