Over a 10 month period I exchanged 22 emails with Jamie trying to arrange for her to join our team of cleaners. Repeatedly, she said she was interested and ready to start. But every time, at the last minute, a new excuse would arrive via email. Jamie is very polite, but not dependable. Lot of time and hope to bring her on board but it's clear she is not the dependable cleaning person we need for our homes.
