I am an experienced caregiver, former early childhood music, movement, and drama teaching artist and certified children's yoga instructor from Arizona, currently in search of a part-time nanny position/babysitting. I am a huge advocate of learning though play, and love to use singing, dancing, reading, and dramatic play to promote growth and development, and fun! I have nannied for several families in Chicago, one for two years, and the other for one year. I have babysat for many families with newborn-12-year-olds, as well as taken care of their homes and pets during vacations. I worked as a teaching artist for a professional children's theater company in Tempe, Arizona for nine years, teaching creative drama and musical theater. I live in Lincoln Square, but am able to travel via CTA to surrounding neighborhoods. I love doing crafts, exploring the city, reading, having dance parties, being silly, and taking little ones to the park!
