Jamie watched my daughter when she was 6 months old. I had my daughter in a daycare setting, but after a few months, I realized I wanted her in a home with a sitter, so she could get the undivided attention. Jamie did just this. She was very accommodating, trusting and caring. She went beyond her work days and babysat for date nights. This was wonderful since she knew my daughter's needs and my daughter was comfortable with her.
