About Jamie

I'd describe my personality as creative, attentive, and caring. I started working with kids when I was very young. I would do babysitting jobs after school when I was only 12 years old. That's when I realized I would like to make a career out of it. Once I was old enough that's what I did. In my spare time, I like to do anything that has to do with music. I play the guitar and sing which I like to do with the children a lot. I've noticed that music is one of the most efficient ways to learn in the early development stages. One thing you should know about me is I absolutely love working with children. It's always been a very rewarding experience for me especially in the early stages of life. When I work in child care I make it a priority to teach them as much as possible while I'm with them. I also make it a priority for kids to be seen and not heard because from my experience children need to feel understood. My skills include trustworthiness, attentiveness, and patience.
