Jamie worked for our family for over a year& I would highly recommend her as she took wonderful care of our elderly late stage dementia mother and assisted in her final travel to Puerto Rico for our sons wedding. The level of care and dedication was truly outstanding. From the moment she started providing care, it was evident that she had a deep understanding of dementia and how to provide the necessary support. She was patient, compassionate, and always treated our mother with the utmost respect and kindness.she always went above and beyond to ensure mothers comfort and well-being at all times. The assistance in arranging all the details of the travel to Puerto Rico was invaluable. She took care of all the necessary arrangements, ensuring that our mother's safety and comfort were the top priorities. The attention to detail and meticulous planning made the trip smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. Due to the fact mother was non ambulatory she could not stand or walk. But this was not an issue as all needs were pre calculated and arranged. During the weeks wedding festivities, Jamie continued to provide exceptional care. She always anticipated our mother's needs, making sure she was well-rested, well-fed, and properly hydrated throughout the event. A constant presence, offering reassurance and support whenever it was needed. Overall, her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for mother made a significant impact on our entire family. not only did she provide excellent care for our mother but also created an atmosphere of love and warmth during a special family event. We are forever grateful for her exceptional service and would highly recommend to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled care for their loved ones. She maintained a relationship with us after mothers passing and is like extended family. Thank you for everything
