Hi, I'm Jamie. I am a 31-year-old acute care Speech-Language Pathologist looking to gain a few extra hours per week working as a companion/caregiver. I currently work in the acute care hospital setting working with people post stroke, brain injury, surgery, infection, etc who developed speech, language, cognitive, and/or swallowing difficulties as a result of their affliction. I love working with this population and thought I could put my skills to good use in other settings helping out families and their loved ones.
