About Jamie

Retired infant toddler developmental specialist with the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind. As a Parent Advisor for the FSDB early intervention program, I provided in home developmental support and guidance for blind and visually impaired infants, toddlers and their families. Prior to that position, I worked as a hospital social worker and homeschool counselor. Aside from working with all ages in the hospital, my life's work has been primarily focused on children from newborn to age 6. I have experience with developmental milestones, strategies for focused play and parent expectations. I provide love, kindness and attention. I am patient and easy going. My focus is on fun, functional and developmentally appropriate play, adding lots of smiles, laughter and encouragement. I am willing to work with families who have unique schedules and occasional travel. I am loving ranch life in Telluride, but missing little ones and looking forward to providing childcare support
