Worked in the housekeeping, house management field for 18 years plus. Managed a 5 story townhouse in Manhattan for 8. 5 years, which included driving, housekeeping and caring for 4 dogs. Served as butler/houseman for a celebrity family for 1 year in NYC. Managed a home in Europe for 8 years, which included cooking, housekeeping, laundering and caring for 2 dogs. I have 9 years of gourmet cooking in my experience. During my domestic employments, I have cooked for up to 6 persons in Europe and 4 persons in Honolulu, Hawaii. I have overseen and directed various caterers during my employments. Personal assistance of differing degrees was required in many of my employments. I am passionate about housekeeping, house management because, one has great pride in seeing that the home is in top, routine order, organized and thoroughly clean after the day is done. It is also an employment, which has many challenges to be met and solutions to be found on a daily basis.
