Hi there! Hope this finds you well. I've spent 8 years of my life caregiving for elderly men and women as well as for infants and children. I love looking after people and supporting them in any way that I can. In addition to the standard caregiving activities, I also enjoy listening and telling stories, reading spiritual books, and talking about whatever is of interest. Developing relationships with people and being of service bring me great joy. In my own life, I place emphasis on cultivating good health on all levels: physical, mental, and spiritual - and I love sharing healthy activities with people like meditation, yoga, mindfulness, listening to classical music, etc. Please let me know if I can be of service.
