Hello! My name is Jama, I'm very passionate about caregiving and helping seniors remain in their home. I have over 10 years of experience with family, agency care and independent caregiving. Also, 2 1/2 years of supervising and training Personal Care Attendants. I've received extensive training and certificates with Dementia and Parkinson disease. I'm also very knowledgeable with MS, behavioral health, bed bound care, and stroke. I'm able to assist with transportation, transfers and mobility, meal prep, dressing, medication assistance, toileting, housekeeping, recreational activities and personal care. My family met with Jama for an interview. We instantly felt she was perfect for who we wanted to hire to care for my mother. She is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, before we were able to schedule Jama to begin caring for my mother, my mom took a drastic turn for the worse and passed away. Even though Jama was not able to begin caring for my mother, she sent texts checking on mom and our family and offer words of encouragement and support. I would highly recommend Jana to care for your loved ones.
