Hi! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience working with children, and caring for kids is something I truly enjoy. Through my work, I've gained experience supporting children with different personalities, needs, communication styles, and developmental levels. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable helping with routines, playtime, learning activities, meals, transitions, and keeping children engaged in a safe and positive environment. I love building genuine connections with children and creating a space where they can feel comfortable, understood, and supported. My background as an RBT has also strengthened my skills in positive reinforcement, communication, behavior support, and remaining calm and patient during challenging moments.
