About Jaleana

I am a compassionate and dependable childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children from preschool through middle school. Throughout my career, I have supported children's academic, social, and emotional development in both classroom and childcare settings. I have extensive experience working with children with special needs and understand the importance of providing individualized care, patience, and encouragement to help every child thrive. I am currently employed as a Teacher's Aide with Jersey City Public Schools, where I assist teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment while helping students reach their full potential. Families can count on me to be responsible, nurturing, organized, and attentive to each child's unique needs.
