Hi! My name is Jaleana a. k. a Ms. Hammond. I'm new to Care. com, but definitely not new to working with kids. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I have experience caring for young children through my work in both a daycare setting and with Jersey City Public Schools in early childhood education. I have worked with toddlers and preschool-aged children, helping with daily routines, learning activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. My background has given me the patience, reliability, and skills needed to care for children of different ages.
