About Jake

I am a 22-year-old junior in college, currently at Linfield studying elementary education. I spent two years studying elementary education at Boise State University before taking a year off and working full time and realizing I missed working with kids. I grew up babysitting my neighbors kids and my younger cousins, both boys and girls. I routinely picked up one neighbor's three kids from school and drove them home, fed them and helped them get started on their homework. Their dad was a firefighter and often worked 48 hours at a time. I have spent time watching one, two and three children at a time ranging in ages from 5 to 15.
