About Jailene

Experience: 5 yrs

Hi! My name is Jailene, and I'm 23 years old. I've been working with children since I was 18, caring for ages ranging from newborns to preschoolers. I have experience with daily care routines, developmental observation, and planning age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support learning through play. I'm a very patient, hands-on caregiver who loves creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. I also have a 2-year-old daughter, so I truly understand the importance of trust, communication, and building a comfortable relationship with families. I'd love the opportunity to bring my experience, creativity, and nurturing personality into your home and support your child's growth.
