Hi, Three words that describe my personality are caring, patient, and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn and seeing how excited they get when they accomplish something new. I'm also really calm under pressure, which helps when kids need someone to guide them or just listen. In a job, I'm looking for a place where I can grow, feel supported, and actually make a positive impact. I want a work environment that teaches me new things but also lets me use my strengths. I'm also looking for a job where communication, teamwork, and respect are a big part of the workplace. I work best around people who are friendly, organized, and willing to help each other. I enjoy staying active and being involved, not just sitting still for long periods of time. Overall, I want a job that fits who I am--somewhere I can be helpful, stay positive, and feel proud of the work I'm doing.
