About Jaiell

Fostering a child's growth, development, and confidence is my true passion. With seven years of childcare experience, I strive to create a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn through play. My background includes nannying and working as an infant teacher, where I gained extensive experience caring for infants and multiples while planning age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones. I have also completed Early Childhood Development coursework and have experience working in a Pre-K classroom, giving me a strong understanding of children's developmental needs across different age groups. I believe in building positive relationships with both children and parents through open communication, consistency, and trust. Whether we're reading books, exploring outdoors, creating crafts, or working on new skills, I enjoy making each day both fun and meaningful while encouraging curiosity and independence.
