My name is Jaffrey M, I am 21 years old and currently attending Gordon College in Wenham, MA. Beginning in 2019 I started working at Western Dupage Special Recreational Association (WDSRA) in Illinois as a member of their inclusion staff. Our job was to work one on one with special needs children to aid their independence in socialization, life skills/personal care, sports training, music, art, communication, water safety and swimming. We also received special training for behavioral management for the participants. I finished working there this year as my family have now officially moved out to Massachusetts.
