About Jaelyn

Growing up in a large family and being around my grandmother's home daycare helped me develop a natural love for working with children from a young age. I am currently a Nursing major at RU, hoping to become a pediatrician in the future! I also have experience with CPR and safety skills with being a lifeguard for the past 3 years. I enjoy learning about child development and I enjoy to see the world through a child's perspective as they grow. I am patient, dependable, and caring, and I encourage myself to create a positive environment where children will feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged. I enjoy keeping children engaged while making sure they are having fun. I also understand the importance of following family routines and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure their children receive the best care possible.
