We have hired Jade to help care for our Mother who is 82 and has dementia. Jade is incredibly reliable, flexible and responsible. She established an immediate relationship with my Mother, whom trusted her right away. My Mother considered her more of a friend than a caretaker. Jade took her on many adventures throughout the community and I trusted her completely with my mother's safety and finances. She engaged my mother in conversation and partook in fun home activities (e.g., scrabble, art, puzzles and walks) that kept my Mother active, healthy and happy. I would like to highly recommend her but as she is still with us a couple of days, I'd say, "we got dibs" ;) Joking, but seriously she is an empathetic, patient and encouraging 'friend' for my Mom.
