Jadyn is a natural with kids, we hired her as a test run before offering her a nanny job and we were really pleased. The kids were happy and safe. She kept the place tidy and responded appropriately to tantrums and kids fighting. She has intuition working with kids who have autism and sensory needs. I was nervous hiring a “stranger” but we definitely found a good one!
