Hi there! I'm Jade, a 24-year-old single mom with 3 amazing kids. I have 12 years of experience in childcare, including working in daycares and being a live-in nanny. I'm CPR/AED/First Aid certified and have taken multiple parenting courses. I absolutely love working with children of all ages and creating a nurturing environment for them to thrive in. I try to follow gentle/Montessori parenting styles. I use the redirect method for discipline and love teaching children. If you're looking for a caring and experienced caregiver, I'm your gal! Aloha we have used Jade as our babysitter when we visit Las Vegas and she was awesome. She was very well communicative and let us know the updates while we were gone on a date so that was very appreciated! We will definitely use her again when we come back!
