About Jade

Hello!! I'm a social butterfly, and love to watch over and interact with kids. I like to play games and understand their interests. I'm willing to do additional work around the house, including pet care and cleaning. I'm a very creative, positive, and patient individual! Working with kids can be so much fun! I love to encourage their creative minds and dreams through games and activities! I think with patience and understanding, lessons can be learned and trust can build! I find the environment that kids and animals create to be fitting for me! As an energetic person, I can keep up with their wants and needs. I've taken care of younger children for a few years, starting at 16 into now. I'm fairly short (4'11), even so, I can lift up to 200lbs. I'm very good with deescalating tense situations, and communicate very well with kids. I can keep them occupied, and their brains stimulated. I stay open minded and understanding and will take as much time as needed to assist them.
