About Jade

Hello! My name is Jade and I am a certified teacher. While I currently teach high school, I also have experience teaching little ones. I love to plan exciting and interactive activities for my students. My belief is that your child's summer should be both enriching and fun. A little about me: I have a master's degree in ESL education and 13 years of teaching experience, both in the US and abroad. I am fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish and I have four Connecticut state teacher certifications. Additionally, I have experience teaching SAT prep. Outside of those qualifications, I love art, music and reading. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and going to concerts. In short: I'd describe my personality as creative, hard-working and patient. One thing you should know about me is that I always endeavor to treat your children with the same respect, kindness and care with which I would hope others would treat my siblings or family members.
