I am a very positive, caring, and loving person. I am a well experienced baby sitter. This will be my forth official year where I have been baby sitting for families out side of my actual family. I have worked with all ages starting from newborns to 11 years of age. I've worked with many kids and I am experienced to those with special needs. Caring for kids, I try my best to avoid mishaps. So I always come prepared with a list of questions to ask to assure every thing goes smooth. I am CPR and First Aid Certified in case of any emergency. I love kids and plan to work with them in some kind of way through out my life. I get a long with every child I interact with and every child that has been under my care has loved me. Working with Jada was an incredibly positive experience. We were looking to hire a professional child care provider while we were on vacation - someone to join us during the day and also stay with the kids at night so we could go out to dinner. Jada's communications were professional and she set expectations clearly. She offered her time to get on the phone before the appointment started to go over everything. When the job started, she was so warm and engaging with our kids (aged 7 months, 1.5 and 3) that she immediately put kids and adults at ease. She was with us for 5 days and one evening shift, and it made our vacation so much better to have someone who could watch the children while we sat on the beach or had some adult-only activities. Jada paid attention to the activities our kids liked and found ways to make up games in the rental house. It's been three months since we got home and the now-two-year-old still talks about making sandcastles with Jada! I would highly recommend Jada for any short or long-term childcare needs.
