I had a terrible experience with this caregiver. We had agreed in a long term 3-year position, we accommodated all her needs since she was transitioning from another job, just for her to quit after less than a month with the worst excuse. She stayed on her phone the entire time, even when me and my husband were around, and after we mentioned in the interview that phone use was only for emergencies related to the kids. Also, she straight ignored my kids when they asked her to play with her. I do not recommend hiring her. She is very unprofessional, unreliable and did not seem to enjoy taking care of kids at all.
