About Jada

Hi! My name is Jada, and I'm a sophomore at VCU studying Elementary Education with a minor in Theater (focused on film). I have a strong passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I have several years of hands-on childcare experience. I worked at a daycare caring for children of all ages, including infants, and later became a Lead Teacher for ages 6-12. I also have over two years of in-class experience assisting in a 5th grade classroom, supporting learning and classroom management. I've also been a nanny for almost a year, which has strengthened my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families. I'm reliable, patient, and kind. I enjoy creative activities, helping with schoolwork, and making sure kids feel safe and supported. I'd love to work with your family!
