I have gained meaningful senior care experience primarily through providing unpaid care and support to family members and friends. I have always enjoyed helping make their daily lives easier and giving them peace of mind by assisting with household chores, meal preparation, medication administration, errands, and other everyday needs. Most importantly, I value companion care. I believe older adults deserve to feel loved, respected, appreciated, and connected. I take pride in being someone they can talk to, spend time with, and rely on so they do not feel alone. My goal is not only to help with their physical and daily needs, but also to provide genuine companionship and meaningful interaction while helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life.
