I hired Jacqueline yesterday, Sunday as a Wednesday to Friday caregiver for my parents. She was to shadow the AM caregiver today Monday, 3/17/14 @ 6- 6:30 a.m. I called her 3 times. She never showed up. Finally she texted me at 7:36 a.m. over 1 hour and 6 minutes later and said last night she decided not to take the job because of transportation and sorry for inconveniencing us. I texted her back that she should have called immediately last night and that it was bad manners what she did. Just wanted to let you know. I have different work ethics than Jacqueline. If you are late or decide not to take a position, you call the person in person. You just don't show up. And you do not text this info.Thank you.
