Jacqueline made my husband and I feel totally at ease for the day when she watched our 18 mo. She asked smart questions about ways to make our son feel at ease and was super responsive to communication. She was completely responsible with arrival and keeping to our schedule for our son. Plus she was just a really nice and approachable person. We would definitely have her back!
