Jackie was our nanny for about a year, mostly taking care of our 2 year-old, but also our 5 year-old at times. Jackie is a wonderful nanny. She was the first person to care for our son aside from his parents, and they developed a special bond. Jackie enjoys playing with the kids, crafting with them, and working on projects together. She was also very flexible-when we needed help at the bus stop or needed her to help start dinner, she was always able to step in. She did a great job with routines and expectations, and lent a helping hand through the saga of potty training. Jackie has a warm personality and was easy for us to work with. I know she truly cared about us and our children, and I know any family looking for help will get that love and care from her as well.
