About Jacob

I'm a patient, creative, and friendly with more than a year of experience. My passion for caring for children stems from my previous summer camp counselor roles, where I discovered the joy of helping kids have a safe environment to express themselves. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I'm comfortable looking after four children at a time and have experience with different age groups, from preschoolers to teenagers. I was a head counselor for a large summer camp of over 500 kids at Buckingham Brown & Nichols school in Cambridge. My job as head counselor was to make sure all the kids are accounted for at all times, and are interacting safely and happily in camp activities. I also worked in the extended day program at camp and was responsible for all different age kids from 4-13yrs old in after camp activities and parent pick up.
