Jacob has been caring for my dad on and off for several years as we need him. He's a great communicator and has always been reliable, I feel like my dad is in good hands with him. He drives him out for errands, makes meals for him, and keeps him company throughout the day. Jacob is patient and has been really helpful since my dad has lost more of his mobility.
