Jacky has been amazing with my mother. My mother seemed to have declined significantly but perked up and when Jacky started. Jacky was quick to notice the oxygen concentrator was turned up too high based on my mother's breathing. My mother will be moving into a memory care facility soon, so if you see Jacky is available, snap her up fast.
