Jacki was punctual and responded quickly to all my messages. She did an AMAZING job cleaning our house. We also have 2 apprehensive dogs, and she was super nice with them and gave them treats to make them feel better. I appreciate how flexible she is. Definitely hiring her again. Not sure what that other reviewer is talking about, they are missing out!
