About Jacki

I'm Jacki! I live in Elwood with my husband & children (4, 3, & 1). I have a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation & before becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2022, I spent 6 years working for a nonprofit organization creating recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities. My professional background has taught me how powerful play, inclusion, and patience can be for a child's development. Now, I bring that same mindset into everyday life with my own kids. I'm a firm believer in allowing kids to be kids. In a world that can rush kids to grow up too quickly, I value protecting the magic of childhood. I strive to have an environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and are excited to learn & play. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their child is cared for with patience, kindness, and attention & I will do just that. Our home is full of love, laughter, and little adventures and we'd love to welcome another friend to join us!
