I did a phone interview with her and as I mentioned to her that I need someone with references and experience as I'm going over the job description she hung up on me. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it was a hangup. I called her back several times left voicemails left her messages on care.com No Response ever. Unbelievable.
