Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. My 10 years of experience in care have solidified my passion for supporting well-being and independence. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant, I offer medical management, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Respecting independence is important to me when building connections. I strive to be friendly, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented in my work. I pursued graduate studies to enhance my skills.
