Lack of communication. Talked to Jacey and felt like she was going to be an amazing fit. Pay, hours, and everything else was going to be discussed on our FaceTime call we scheduled. When the time came to meet via FaceTime she did not answer and would leave me on read when I asked if she would just plainly let me know if she was interested anymore and if I needed to go on about my childcare search. It was a waste of my time and it’s not hard to simply say I’m not interested in the job or not. Just giving a heads up so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
