I'd describe my personality as friendly positive and optimistic I like working with kids because there's an instant feedback, or result if you will, that kids will display based on the amount of time and effort afforded to them I'm looking for a job that will allow me to assist parents with their busy schedules. I am also looking to bring along my 11-year-old son, to allow him the opportunity to interact with his peers as he is the only child we have I started working with kids when I became a father and needed to come up with ways to encourage, engage, and entertain my son In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am a problem solver and troubleshooter, as I spent most of my career looking for issues, and solving them. Kids are very diverse, and in order to help guide them, you need to figure out what is standing in their way, and how to help them overcome it. My skills include patience, understanding, and resilience.
