About Izzy

Hello! My name is Izzy and I am a professional dancer, dance teacher, and gymnastics coach looking for a part-time nanny position in the City. I have 9+ years of childcare and coaching experience, and have gotten positive feedback from all of my previous employers. I believe that children are intelligent and complex beings that need structured guidance and creative play to grow into independent people. I have a an energetic demeanor and will engage with your child fully. I instill respect for self/others, consent, and positive behavior with all the children I work with. On top of my first-hand experience teaching and taking care of children, I minored in Education, and am certified in CPR/First Aid (certificate is expiring this year, will renew) and Mental Health First-Aid.
