Hello! If you or your student need help getting started with tasks, homework, or any other situation where you just feel stuck, executive functioning coaching may be helpful for you. I have a Masters degree in Applied Educational Psychology from Northeastern University. I have worked with students and individuals of all ages on addressing executive functioning challenges, and building an individualized toolbox to improve organization, task initiation, stress management, and emotional regulation challenges that arise from ADHD. I also bring a trauma informed approach to all of my counseling work and view individuals holistically and acknowledge the intersectionality that often occurs with neurodiverse individuals. I am open to virtual counseling, or can meet within the Salem, Medford, or Wakefield area in the afternoons.
