Hello! My name is Ivy and I am a Special Education Teacher at Service High School. I have a 4-year-old son of my own and am looking for a little or littles close in age that a family would be comfortable dropping off at my home for the duration that I watch them. I am a firm believer in dear time (Drop electronics and reconnect) I live for toilet tag, hide and seek, arts &crafts, reading and teaching kids fun and new activities that include the outdoors as much as possible. Some of these things are hiking, bird watching, going to museums, taking them to the farmers market for fresh fruits &veggies or volunteering at a garden. I am CPR and First Aide certified. I absolutely adore kids and find enjoyment in spending my day playing any of these activities with your kiddos! Ivy is fantastic! I love her energy and positive attitude! When we interviewed Ivy she surpassed both mine and my husband's expectations. We could immediately tell that she truly has a passion for not only caring for children but guiding and teaching them as well! Though we originally interviewed Ivy for before and after school care, my husband and I decided to place our children back into daycare only because our profession as dual military officers and Ivy was due to take a short trip soon after hiring. However, she is at the TOP of our list for when we need a provider on short notice. I can't wait for our children to spend time with her!
