About Ivory

I'd describe my personality as energetic, understanding, and advocate I like working with kids because of how outgoing and inquisitive they are. They aren't scared to express their interest in a topic and ask you questions involving that topic, even if you don't know too much about it; this really touches my heart. Knowing that children are naturally curious, wanting to learn and question, is very special to me because I, as an adulting individual, now gets to have the opportunity of helping children's curiosity expand and even potentially create new ideas for the world to see. In my spare time, I like to study astrophysics, read, learn new ways to help myself and others cope with ADHD, and study various topics involving child and adolescent development in a range of situations. My top 3 skills include supporting children in managing their emotions, maintaining clear and empathetic communication; providing a consistent routine management to help them feel secure and successful.
