Ivette is a very humanistic and communicative worker. As her supervisor, I perceived that she is more than a worker, she is a collaborative human being. She demonstrated that working efficiently with less protected people is one of her goals in life. The best, on my administration, special education teacher and mentor posses the capabilities for any care-giving company. She is patient, enthusiastic and goal encouraged.
