Ivanna is absolutely fantastic. We met with her in the last few months for babysitting. She is thorough, reliable, and demonstrates exceptional professionalism. I knew from our call that she'd be easy to work with. She let me know she was busier than usual with some stuff going on and always kept us up to date. She was worth the wait. My child has had a bad experience with a previous caregiver of ours, so we are incredibly grateful to Ivanna's patience and her ability to connect with my son, who now has warmed up quickly and adores her. We appreciate her proactive communication, how she keeps us updated on our child’s daily adventures and her ability to show her knowledge of children through her interactions with our son.
