About Itzelanie

Hi, my name is Itzelanie but you can call me Itzy. I have a BA in criminal justice and international relations and a MA in conflict resolution. My education has provided me with an understanding to human life and how to manage every day struggles. During my college years, I worked predominantly in group homes, preschools, shelters, and hospitals. Supporting in daily living experiences brings joy to my life. Since graduating, I have took on a role as an education advisor guiding high school students towards graduation, community involvement, college attainment, and the workforce. My most recent position has been being a site coordinator for an elementary school program, managing staff and site functions. Throughout my 8 years of human service and education experience, I've decided my next step to a fulfilling career is working more closely with individuals and families providing more focused care.
